The New Food Pyramid | Make Your Own Informed Decision

36m · Published 21 Jan 18:00

In this episode of Behind the Underdogs, we discuss the new food pyramid known as the Food Compass.

We break down the basis of the Food Compass and both sides of the argument. One side is the public's misinterpretation of the study, and the other is the implications of the study even with the proper interpretation.

In our opinion, everyone needs to fend for themselves to deem what is right and wrong because the media will not do it for you. Even the most "trusted" sources aren't trustworthy.
