This is the introduction episode to a series called "Dragons in My Kingdom," where we will learn how to manage our negative thoughts so that we can find more peace of mind in our everyday lives.  

There is more to the phrase "The Power of Positive Thinking."  Positive thinking can be powerful by itself, but how much more powerful could it be if you were to address the negative thinking as well?  When you just turn up the volume of the positive thinking, there is still the noisy volume of all the negative thinking going on.  We will explore ways in this series to actively turn down the volume of the negative as we turn up the volume of the positive.  You will create powerful, lasting changes in your "Kingdom."
