We're back and it's mental health awareness month! On this week's episode, we have our wonderful friend, Jessica Jacobo joining us to talk about our mental health journeys and the benefits of going to therapy. We believe that mental wellness is just as important as physical and encourage everyone to prioritize taking care of mind + body.

As we continue to process the recent attacks on our community, we unearth a critical evaluation of Asian oppression and what it means to us in particular. Collective healing is necessary in the AAPI community while examining oppression at all intersections. We implore our Asian peers to take time to express anger and sadness as we continue to create movements to protect our communities and take space.
