1981 - Norton, Massachusetts. In October 1981, 38-year-old Andrew Peter Dabbs, shot his girlfriend, Robin Shea, while driving through Norton, MA, leaving her to die on the side of the road. Robin was just 21. At first, police merely wanted to talk to Peter. But when he skipped town, they had no choice but to issue a warrant for his arrest for murder. After an encounter that almost got him caught, investigators counted the days until Peter slipped up again. 40 years later, both police and the Shea family are still hoping that day will come. 2004 - Northport, Maine. Something about 28-year-old Jeremy Alex was different. 1983 - Kittery, Maine. Sometime after leaving work on February 3, 1983, 31-year-old Reeves K. Johnson vanished without a trace. Over the next three weeks, his bank account was drained to make strange purchases that weren’t discovered until the account was overdrawn. The case went cold almost immediately. 1968 - Huntington Beach, California. On the afternoon of March 14, 1968, a group of boys playing on a vacant lot in Huntington Beach, CA stumbled on a grim discovery: the body of a young woman. 1971 - Farmington, Maine. When 15-year-old Judith Hand went missing after failing to report to her after-school babysitting job on September 10, 1971, the Farmington Police told her family she’d be back. Her family wasn’t convinced. They knew something was wrong. Judy was extremely responsible, and wouldn’t just skip out on her job let alone not come home. Thirteen days later, Judy's body was found buried in a decaying sawdust pile at an abandoned mill. Though her cause of death was undetermined, there was no question the baby-faced teen had been murdered. While the agonizing search for Judy had ended, the hunt for her killer had only just begun. 2010 - Gilford, New Hampshire. Sometime in the evening hours of October 31, 2010, somebody shot and killed 54-year-old Roberta Miller (who went by Bobbie) and her dog, Sport, in her home in Gilford, NH. According to her brother, it seemed like a personal attack or something professionally done. Bobbie had recently moved into the home after finalizing her divorce—a bitter battle that spanned over 3 years. She was attending college to earn a business degree, going on dates, and was looking forward to an independent future. Bobbie’s family is frustrated with the lack of updates and progress, and they’re not afraid to speak out. On the surface, the answer seems clear. But as deeper layers of this case are pulled back, a cascade of questions and mystery are revealed, leaving room for doubt.
