On this edition of the show I'm joined by my guest, Dr. Scott Taylor, former president of the Monroe Institute who discusses research into Near Death Experiences, or NDE's, his own Shared Death Experience. Beyond that he chronicles his path leading him to the Monroe Institute, and discusses the technology of Hemi-Sync® and how it has been used to achieve altered states of consciousness and even NDE's and astral projection. Dr. Taylor was able to hang around for a bit longer after Strangeology Beyond to talk further about his SDE experience, and to recount some very interesting NDE stories he has been told by experiencers throughout his lifelong research into this phenomena.

This year is shaping up to have am ambitious 2024 release schedule, but Seth provides some insights into the history of STM, recounting of witness testimony in the cryptid cases they've covered so far, strange things that have happened when out in the field filming, along with what the future holds. While the first reported encounter of these 2-legged entities happened by a teenage motorist in 2004, these creatures didn't gain widespread notoriety until 2007, when a resident of Fresno, CA filmed these mysterious things walking in his yard one night.
