Stan is a giant in the field of UFO, Bigfoot, and all things paranormal and we had a great conversation about some of his favorite cases and investigations he has done over his 60 plus years of investigating these types of incidents. He worked in the advanced consumer electronics sales field for over forty years. Stan has lived in Greensburg, Pennsylvania all of his life. Gordon began his interest in the UFO subject and other strange incidents at the age of ten in 1959. In the late 1960’s, he acted as the telephone UFO sighting report investigations coordinator for the UFO Research Institute of Pittsburgh.Stan began in the field investigations of UFOs and other mysterious events in 1965, and is the primary investigator of the December 9,1965, UFO crash-recovery incident that occurred near Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. In 1969, Gordon established a UFO Hot-line for the public to report UFO sightings to him to investigate.In 1970, Gordon founded the Westmoreland County UFO Study Group (WCUFOSG), the first of three volunteer research groups which he would establish to investigate UFO sightings and other strange occurrences reported in Pennsylvania. Since November, 1993, he continues to investigate and document strange incidents from across the Keystone state as an independent researcher.Gordon is a former PA State Director for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), and was its first recipient In 1987 of the MUFON Meritorious Achievement in a UFO investigation Award. Gordon has been involved with the investigation of thousands of mysterious encounters from across Pennsylvania. He has appeared on numerous local and network TV news and documentary shows, including the Syfy Channel (formerly the Sci-Fi Channel), Discovery Channel, History Channel, and Fox News Channel. He has been featured on many television shows, including Unsolved Mysteries, Sightings, Inside Edition, A Current Affair, and Creepy Canada.Gordon has been the focus of numerous national and international newspaper stories and magazine articles, some of which include the Pittsburgh Press, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Denver Post. He has been a guest on many national and international radio shows, including the popular radio show Coast to Coast. Gordon is also the producer of the award winning 1998 video documentary, Kecksburg: The Untold Story.He is also the author of the books, Really Mysterious Pennsylvania, Silent Invasion: The Pennsylvania UFO-Bigfoot Casebook, and Astonishing Encounters: Pennsylvania’s Unknown Creatures. He has written numerous articles about UFOs and strange encounters, and many books and publications have included his research as well. For many years Stan has been writing a column for the quarterly magazine, The GATE To Strange Phenomena. Doug Hajicek is the president and founder of WHITEWOLF ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a television production company specializing in non-fiction programming. With over 206 features under his belt, Hajicek has been producing television shows for national networks since 1985. He is currently developing a full-length movie and/or series entitled: Legend Meets Science II or the Legend Meets Science series. The release date is planned for fall 2021.In 2015, Hajicek joined forces with Les Stroud, acting as his tech director and consultant for Stroud’s TV series, Survivorman Bigfoot. He currently co-hosts and produces Untold Radio AM on Spotify, iHeart Radio, and Apple Podcasts. Live shows air and are recorded each Wednesday at 7:00 pm CT. He has also been focusing on TV show and TV series development and is currently consulting for a large cable network. Hajicek has also spent considerable time in TV show development with veteran stand-up comedians. One of Hajicek’s greatest accomplishments may be his 2006 development of the Trojan Squid Cam, used to film the world’s first free-swimming giant squid. His MonsterQuest, “Predators of the Deep” special aired 14 years later. In it, experts confirmed that it was the first and only film of a living Architeuthis Dux species, a true giant squid. At an estimated 54-ft long, it was a perfect definition of a monster.Achievements like this have fueled Hajicek’s passion for researching both known animals and yet-to-be-proven cryptids. His first co-authored scientific paper on black bear hibernation and birth was published in July 2020 Vol. 10 Issue 7 in the journal Animals, “Spying on Black Bear Births and Care of Cubs”, ISSN 2076-2615 with Dr. Lynn Rogers. Another scientific paper on mammal cohabitation is currently being developed regarding Hajicek’s wildlife work where he documented the world’s first mammal cohabitation: beavers and muskrats in a wild beaver lodge.
