President and Treasurer of Veterans 1st of NEW, Kim Nohr joins the show to talk more about their supportive housing development of 21 tiny homes in Green Bay. The 400- and 600-square-foot homes would offer veterans and other residents struggling with homelessness an affordable place to stay that includes on-site services like mental health counseling and job training.

Miranda Spindt and Dr. Will Flanders from the Wisconsin Institute for law & Liberty join Spinning the State to discuss how loneliness may be a bigger societal issue than we imagine. They elaborate on how declining mental health and violence are correlated and the ripple effect it has. As well as the policies put in place through our government to help alleviate mass loneliness getting people back outside and being around people once again.
