They currently make and supply the highest quality fresh pasta to some of the finest restaurants in Toronto, and also operate a lunch counter 4 days a week. We talk about:

- how his "fortune favours the brave" mentality helped him land an incredible internship and a job at one of the best restaurants in Italy
