Every exploration has a beginning. Cultivating Friendliness is ours. We begin this search with the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali which were written for humanity some 2500 years ago.
Consistently contemporary, Patanjali has detailed for us the mind matter, body matter, consciousness matter and created a guide to bring us out to come in and in to come out.
To cultivate friendliness requires the deep dive into the belly of the beast but to not do it likewise requires we suffer and drag others down with us.
