Sounds of the Source of the Nile River Meditation

14m · Dawning On Change · 17 Apr 17:31

In August 2018 I was working in the beautiful country of Uganda. On a much needed free day, the volunteers and I drove down to the town Jinga where we explored the different areas of the source of the Nile. We were escorted to a wonderful sweet spot where I was able to sit with myself and capture a few moments. It was just what I needed at that moment and so I have brought it here to you. We are nurtured in our Mother's wombs for 9 months fully submerged in water. Listen to the familiar sounds, the push and pull, the waves, and movement. Find your peace and sit with yourself. Blessing family.

Grief, what we do not acknowledge cannot be restored.

Today I speak on grief, it is so complex. We are not usually taught how to grief through a process. We often endure and push through as usual. But today, today we acknowledge.

What you attract vs what you entertain.

So often we speak about what we attract, but are unaware of what we are entertaining. What we entertain has more lasting effects than what we attract because we are keeping it around. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/dawningonchange/support
