#4 Self-Worth Chat

25m · Discovering Deep Soul with Hannah Rose · 09 Mar 00:05

Alright... It's time to get vulnerable with you all and share what's been really going on inside my head as I launch my new business. It's important to me that I share the lows as well as the highs. We are all working on something and trying to work our way around (or though) our own worthiness.

The take-aways you'll get from this episode is to never give up. Find your spark and protect that. The only way belief will grow is by repeating the action. Take your time. Be kind to yourself and trust the process. You are evolving with every action that you take.

I'd love to know your thoughts on this episode. Join my closed FB group by searching, "The Hannah Rose" page and join the group EVOLVE so we can continue on the conversation.

Lots of love to you all.

#10 Are you Sensitive to Stress?

Ep. #10 is now LIVE on Discovering Deep Soul with Hannah Rose.

.

Have you ever wondered why someone responds differently in stressful situations compared to you?

Do you see yourself as a stress head? Or someone who's sensitive to stress?

.

Despite what people may think, stress isn't ALL bad. It's our bodies way of getting us to take action. However, if we have had experiences that produce fear, overwhelm, discomfort, anxiety... insert any negative emotion here it will activate our stress response (think fight, flight, freeze here....) and cause us to become dysregulated emotionally (think out of balance here). If we have experienced adverse childhood experiences in a younger years of life, we tend to stay in a dysregulated state for longer.

.

Tune in as I discuss ways of getting back into balance with ourselves when stress hits.

.

If you haven't already done so, please subscribe to my podcast so that you never miss another episode. New episodes released every fortnight.

#9 The Power of Gratitude

Gratitude has the power to:

- Heal

- Energise

- And change lives

It has been one of the greatest tools of my life.

Gratitude is an affirmation that affirms life is good. When we look at life through the eyes of gratitude we accept ALL of life - the good, the bad and see life as a gift.

Tune in as I share my personal stories of gratitude and the journey I've taken to find gratitude in everyday life.

#8 Letting go of Expectations

Resistance is often a sign that we want to change but are being blocked by something that's underneath the surface.

Perhaps what's stopping you from creating momentum is unhealthy expectations you place on yourself or unrealistic time frames?

I had a light bulb moment recently and want to share it with you all - "Unhealthy expectations take the joy out of the journey... Lean into the unknown by going with the flow, time doesn't exist, all that matters is the moment you are creating..."

#7 Showing Kindness is Always the Way

Warning: I'm a little all over the place in this episode (lol) but the  bottom line is that love and kindness is always the way, especially when others are experiencing difficult situations.

In this episode I give a update on Biggie, the stolen british bulldog, and how I have helped this poor grieving family.

I touch on how not everyone can receive your love and kindness due to past traumas and/or mental illness. Putting boundaries around how you help is key to long term success.

And lastly, I briefly touch on the 'rescue mentality' and how being a rescuer long term can be detrimental to your health and personal development.

Thank you to everyone who has left a review, for those that haven't I'd love to hear from you.

#6 My 3 Biggest Life Lessons to Date

What are your 3 biggest life lessons to date and why?

I think this is a super interesting question to answer now and in 10 years time.

Here's mine....

1. Let love in

2. Find your voice and use it

3. Happiness is a choice that you make every single day

I'd love to know what your lessons have been. Leave me a comment on my Closed FB group EVOLVE with Hannah Rose.

And lastly, to all those beautiful souls that have left me a review on my podcast... Thank you. xo
