Is overcoming anxiety possible?

Yes it is. Anxiety is our body’s natural response to stress. It is a secondary emotion and is mostly triggered when you resist your primary emotion of fear or stress. With all the negativity that is going around us these days, it is normal for you to feel anxious and stressed out. 

Anxiety can last for a short time and then pass, but there are times when it can last really long and you can get stuck with it . Honestly, you don’t have to suffer so much feeling overwhelmed and anxious. In this episode - I will be explaining the actual reasons behind your anxiety and guide you on how to ease yourself out of it. This awareness about the “what, why and how” of anxiety will definitely help you cope with your worries and anxiety.
