Marie-Nicole and Madeline are incredible women with vision--and they're not far out of college! Their organization offers free workshops to girls that focuses on leadership, public speaking and networking. They have trained mentors in different parts of the country and are doing all of this while working day jobs. I loved hearing how the got their dream up and running and also how much it has impacted their own lives.
