Day four of waking up at 4 AM every day for the next 30 days
This episode is pretty short. I basically discussed the results of taking a nap and how this brings up a conversation of exactly how I want to organize my day. And some other stuff.
Day 3 of waking up every day at 4 AM for the next 30 days
I actually almost forgot to record this episode because I ended up taking a nap at the end of my workday. However I remembered and so I recorded it. In this episode I discussed some of the lessons I learned this morning about how I desire to utilize my time, what’s important to me, and what my non-negotiables are.
