Lets talk burn out ☠️ This is becoming an increasingly important topic as so many of us are experiencing it now.

Growing up as an athlete, I completely prescribed to the “no pain, no gain” mentality.

Which, I will say did serve me at times. However, this mindset left me feeling guilty and “lazy” when I didn’t put in the “hard work.” I completely identified as a hard worker and thought if I wasn’t “hustling and grinding” I wasn’t going to succeed.

Because I wasn’t finding the “success” on the outside, I made myself feel guilty any time I wasn’t working or thinking about my business

When you’re coming from a place of grinding just to grind, you constrict the amount of energy that is available to you.

In this episode we discuss why burn out is so common today and what practices you can start to implement now to overcome it.
