Currents Conversations Episode 1: Get Better.
Moments mean everything. Each conversation is a sharing of memories, moments, and realizations that are gifted to the listener. As I sit down with Josh, we discuss what moments in his life brought him to the path he is on now. Get better is his mantra and jump roping is part of his life. His story made me look at life as a state progression to achieve your ideal success. I hope you all enjoy the first episode!

Get Better with Joshua Attwood: My philosophy is that we all have seen a rock bottom with our fitness.
My personal story starts at 245 lbs of unhealthy eating habits and poor exercise programming. Until I decided I didn’t want to be that way and made a choice to start working towards a better version of myself. I stopped consuming certain foods at such a binge eating pace and decided that wanted to be more serious about my fitness. Watching the transformation, the change in clothes, the confidence I began to build because I was wearing clothing sizes I had never imagined my current body fitting into. I knew that I could get better at that, so why not continue on?
Having become a certified personal trainer and continuing to stay educated within the field to benefit future clientele. With each program design, everyone’s goals are a different success for some could be grabbing the heavy bag of rice from over their head in the kitchen. For others, it’s marking off a certain number of days being consistently active, whatever your goals are I’m here to help.
