Hey Friends!

In todays episode, the topic of the day is Work-Life Balance. To be the best individual we can be, it is essential to generally make sure we are balancing all the things we have going on in our lives, but not leaving out catering to our mental health. I will be interviewing a special guest, my friend and roommate, Kametrea West. She is a nursing student at Wesleyan College in Macon,GA. She will be providing us with some of her personal experiences on how she manages balancing school and life. Also, we will listen to a brief interview, "Work and Life are not Opposing Forces", with Simon Sinek. Based on the interview, we will both converse our opinions and give feedback on the topic.
