On today's episode I have the privilege speaking with EC Synkowski on her simple and very effective approach to nutrition that can be used by anyone at any level on their journey to better health and performance.
EC takes us through how she would approach coaching people in 3 different circumstances:
1) Beginner- Someone who wants to eat better, get healthier, and might not know where to start.
2) Active People with specific performance and/or aesthetics goals.
3) Professional Athletes or Models We then touch on questions from the audience that include the keto diet, intermittent fasting, bread/pasta, alcohol, hard gainers, and much more. Enjoy!
