Her deep background in health and fitness, and her breast cancer experience, have given her the tools to share intentional insight into alternative methods of self-acceptance, continued growth, and authentic healing.
Crystal is a contributing writer for Thrive Global, a local newspaper column, “Healing through Conversations,” and contributing author in “Feisty, Dangerously Amazing Women Using Their Voices & Making an Impact”, and an aspiring solo author of an upcoming compilation of interviews around alchemizing emotions in female chronic illness”.
She holds a Bachelors in Communications/Business and a Masters in Sports Management. She currently lives in North Dakota and is married with two adult daughters.
Crystal flows with all things natural. Her physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practices keep her grounded, present, and on a continuous path of healing for self and others!
