We are constantly busy in our day to day lives whether it be school, work, personal, mental, or physical it is a day to day struggle to maintain ourselves and balance our lives outside of who we are. In our society today we are also dealing with so much information on top of our regular life, this can lead to anxiety and just a system overload.
