This week Alex Michaud joins Life of Law Students to talk about mental health and the legal field. Alex has designed a program for attorneys called Life Outside the Law that provides tools and techniques for lawyers to better live their lives. As a licensed therapist, Alex has worked with numerous attorneys throughout his career and has identified common issues and areas of stress.
