How do you live in the present?
LIVING in the moment is not always easy.
It's natural to spend moments of thought in the past or in daydreams of the future. BUT when you aren’t being present you become a victim of time. After all, the past is done and dusted, those worries of the future may never come to fruition, so in a purely practical sense, thinking about it is a waste of time.

Black History month - Black Mental Health Matters
Each year during this month of February, we recognize and celebrate Black History Month, a reflection on the generations of African Americans who have struggled with adversity.
So In this episode, we are going to explore some best practices for self care that helps improve mental well being. We will explore the intersection of black history, black culture, and mental wellness as a whole while focusing on black self care practices for improving mental health.
