Small things matter

My lessons: 1) Trust is one of the basic requirements of any relationship. 2) Transparency plays an important role when it comes to trust. 3) All kinds of relationships need a certain level of transparency. 4) When it comes to being transparent, think from the other person's point of view. If its important to them then its important to you as well. Remember to share that information. 5) Don't neglect to communicate small things. If you neglect, you might come across as someone who is not transparent and emotionally distant.

Friendship - part 2 : Trust your friends but don't rely on them

My lessons: 1) Many of your friends won't openly disagree with you inorder to avoid arguments. 2) They will never be totally honest - they might be honest but never totally honest, something will be hidden from you everytime. 3) Want your friendship to be healthy? Then avoid these mistakes. 4) Have the guts to be honest & openly disagree - don't argue. 5) When your friend is being honest, appreciate it even if the message hurts. 6) Trust your friends but don't rely on them.

History = His Story

My lessons: 1) Don't judge anyone just by listening to someone else's accusation. 2) Until you listen from both the sides, don't believe or support anything or anyone. 3) The winning side gets to control the narrative. 4) Win the fight, Win & survive.

Are you communicating what you mean?

My lessons: 1) How people perceive what you say is more important than what you actually say. 2) The meaning of your communication is the response you get. 3) Based on the response, change the way you speak, your body language and the words you use, so that your message is perceived properly.
