Hello everyone!
Thankfully, we are glad to say that we have completed the first season, “mental illnesses” and are moving on to a new season titled, “Issues Within the American Society”. For the first episode of this season, the podcast team discussed issues in relation to body image, particularly in American society. When we say body image, we refer to our perception of our appearances in comparison to others, which may lower our self-esteem and security. Join our conversation on how body image affects Americans, male and female, and solutions that foster positivity and confidence.

Join us on a conversation about the disorders that do not enjoy high publicity, and don't forget to tune in for our next episode about a related topic: Social Media!
