Overactive Empathy and Trauma
Many sensitive souls (indigos, starseeds, advanced souls) are also overwhelmed empaths. They cannot distinguish between the emotions of others and their own, and often also struggle with heightened sensitivity to certain foods, sounds, light and s on. This can over time become debilitating. From the perspective of psychology, heightened empathy is often the result of trauma, especially if someone was exposed to abuse over a long period of time. From the soul perspective, the roots of overactive empathy go even deeper, pointing towards our core wounding.
When do we need to let our soul connection go?
In this episode I wanted to talk about some of the reasons of separation for twin flames and other soul connections. Are there “guidelines” on when separation is necessary? Do we have to stay together no matter what? Do we fail our mission if we are in separation? Is separation final and do we have any influence on how long it lasts? What are the things we should never put up with in our twin flame — and what do we forgive?
Learning to Trust
Trust is one of the greatest stumbling blocks we encounter on the path of spiritual development. Most of us reach that moment when we want to control, to cling and grasp, at least once in our lives. But in most cases, we get stuck in clinging and grasping for years — terrified of trust and surrender. What are the blocks that keep us from trusting the Divine? What is the main obstacle to cultivating trust on the spiritual path?
