What would you like to create as your life? I have spoken about how I got to that point of create or die, to continue down the road I was on or create something different, something greater. It’s been a journey looking to create a greater life.
On that journey I had to look at some things I had been avoiding for a very long time that was destroying me, things like vulnerability, what creating my life my way might be like, true kindness for me and being brutally honest with myself.
It can be really uncomfortable when you are looking at changing something in your life and yet it has been on of the greatest gifts for me.

Yet, when I got brutally honest with myself I started to get to the freedom that had eluded me for a very long time.

When I first heard this it blew my mind. It empowered me to realise I had choice to create a life I desired. I didn’t have to be victim to what I thought life handed me.
In this episode I share what catapulted me into a world of choice and not live in a world of answers. This was the first step into creating a totally different life, one where I was in the driver seat (whether I liked it or not).

Remember when you lived a life from wonder?
For a lot of us we stopped choosing that from a very young age. We think we are just us, not noticing how magnificent and unique we are. When no one else sees what we see, or know what we know we eliminate everything that we are to fit into a world we did not know how to fit into.
