Shortly after taking over the group, a 14-year-old came into the group, I realized that it was not appropriate for him. I even told his mom I think we are corrupting your son! When I learned that there was not a group for teenagers, I decided to start a group for teens that are 17 and under. It quickly turned into a group for high school and college students and also an international group. Outside of facilitating the two self-help groups, I am also a caregiver for my father who was diagnosed with MS.
