In this episode, entitled, The Indispensable Role of Fathers in Bringing Up Children, Dr Sylvia Likambi is joined by an inspiring leader and visionary leader, Richard Lucero, who is the Founder and CEO at TransParentSee LLC. His platform is designed specifically for secondary schools providing easier yet more effective means of communication between students, educators and parents with supervision components
After graduation from Texas Tech University with a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences, Richard began his childhood dream of becoming a college football coach. His journey started in rural Lohn, Texas and quickly achieved his goal in the North Country at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. His desire to explore then lead him to Naples, Florida, Crawfordsville, Indiana (Wabash College) and eventually home to the great state of Texas.
Richard has experienced a successful and diverse career as an instructor, coach and eventually as an administrator.
Richard honed his ability to lead at all levels of education from elementary, middle school, high school and at the college/university levels.
Richard’s ability to adapt in various work environments (rural/urban and economically challenged/affluent) over the years allowed him to successfully impact organizations and inspire high levels of achievement.
However, Richard's true purpose is mentoring men to become impact fathers and to inspire them to lead families and children. He believes that transformation begins in the home and challenges men to be all they were designed to be.
