Walk Your Own Path

Do you find yourself constantly comparing your life to someone else's? Do you feel like your not moving fast enough with your goals? Thats understandable. In this society, it can be easy to fall into the trap of thinking you're not doing well enough. This is the age of social media, where everyone is paying attention to the next person and what they have going on. Well this is a reminder that you're doing enough. You don't need to be like everyone else or achieve things as quickly as the next person because everyone is on their own path. So walk your path and keep walking until you're satisfied with the journey, but most importantly: do it at your own pace.

Learning About You

How well do you really know yourself? Women are often not taking enough time to truly learn about themselves. Learning about yourself involves exploration and experiences, so these should be factored into a woman's personal life. It's easier to learn things about yourself when you're conscious of the habits and things that you do. Tammy is urging her ladies to start diving in to things that they love as well as experiencing more to learn about who they are. If this resonates with you, then take a listen.

Nurturing Yourself

Whens the last time that you were alone? I mean truly alone. Not in the way that makes it seem lonely, but the alone time where you could actually think your own thoughts and bask in the glory of who you are. Thats what I thought. In this episode, Tammy is urging women to take the necessary time to themselves right now for their own good. Women are always on the go and always trying to make sure that everyone else is good, but the question is: are you good?
