Unhealthy environment harms your mental health, the cure is creating a healthy environment so you improve your mental health. To win at the game of life you need to understand it’s “Matrix” the system. Once you comprehend the framework and realize we united together can make the experience anything we want, the impossible becomes possible else we can trust billionaires to design one for us.
