Norway may not be part of the EU, but it is certainly part of Europe and tied together with the continent on values, trade, and cooperation on EU and global affairs. In this episode, Minister Nikolai Astrup discusses the importance of seeing beyond borders when it comes to shaping a better future with technology. 

Nikolai Astrup is Norway’s minister of local development and modernization. He is also a member of the UN High-level Panel on Digital Cooperation, steering his country’s approach to the UN SDGs.
