Antoinette, better known as Netty, has been practicing as a Mobility coach for the past 5 years. Antoinette’s work focuses on improving individuals range of motion through unique methods of coaching. Allowing them to move freely in their sport, training and general daily life. Her passion is to allow greater movement and expression in life, without risking injuries or limitations.

Judy Cho is a nutritional therapy practitioner and holds a Psychology and Communications degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Judy has a functional nutrition and holistic health private practice, serving both clients remotely and in Austin, Texas.  Judy works with clients by focusing on the root cause for an array of health challenges. Together, they work to create individualized solutions, prioritizing nutrient-dense foods that are sustainable for the long term.

Prior to becoming a nutritional therapist. Judy Cho was a management consultant at a top 5 Consulting firm for over 12 years. She is now leveraging her psychology degree and nutritional therapy education to help serve the community in the most effective ways.

Judy is a nutritional advocate for the Carnivore diet and on most days her kids follow a low carb or ketogenic diet. Judy focuses on debunking nutritional misinformation and promoting self-knowledge and self-advocacy. She shares bite-sized holistic nutrition information with her infographics on social media platforms. She is passionate about helping people to be their best selves and live their best lives.

Bill is A food archaeologist, primitive technologist, hunter, forager and chef, He is a strong advocate of traditional foodways and is constantly seeking new ways to incorporate lessons learned from his research into the diets of modern humans.

His work combines research from our ancient dietary past, global traditional foodways, and modern culinary arts to create food solutions that are relevant, meaningful and accessible in today’s world.   He believes that only by fully reconnecting with our food can we as a species learn to eat like humans again.

With over a decade of teaching experience and 2,000+ teaching hours, Sarah focuses her work on making meditation and yoga accessible to all - especially those affected by trauma, stress and PTSD.
