Why is getting our physical health in good condition is so important. To us, to our kids, to literally everything. 

And I attempted to record video as well & well.....that didn't work out so well. Maybe next time. So just ignore the reference to watching the video, because that isn't happening. It also made my audio wonk, so here we are. Learning curve.
