hello everyone I am Basma Al Kakoun In today's Episode I have a Special Guest "David Bell" we are going to discuss how he find his passion for cycling, the power of team work, how to be a great leader and find the work life balance  Speakers Biography David Bell has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in the area of sales, sales management and coaching. David obtained a BBA in General Business from the University of Texas at Austin. David is a Senior Vice President, Performance Development Consultant, for a regional bank. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Houston Chapter and is a Past President of the chapter. David is a member of Toastmasters and is currently serving as Division Director. David is a Certified Master Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification. He is a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Houston Chapter. Outside of work, David enjoys cycling, hiking, reading and volunteer activities. Basma Kakoun is a Holistic health Coach and a Fitness Personal Trainer. She lived in Paris, Dubai and now based in USA, Houston/Texas. Basma got her Holistic Health Coaching Training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, contemporary health issues, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods. She provides an ongoing support and guidance for individuals to navigate the world contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary to create lifelong healthy lifestyle, whether looking to lose weight, handle food cravings, improve digestion, or deal with food sensitivity. Basma is NASM (The National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, her passion to exercise made her sessions Fun, challenging, educational and most importantly effective. She designs an individualized progressive program of cardiovascular, mobility, flexibility, core and strength training exercise for her clients based on their fitness goals. Basma is a dynamic public speaker she loves to make a difference in people’s life by inspiring and motivating speeches. She is working on her leadership skills by working with Club Growth Committee for Toastmasters International district 56
