On today's episode we are joined by Amanda Stockley Halls.  Amanda is a certified Athletic Therapist with a masters degree in rehabilitative science.  Amanda is here to share with us her journey to health.  She is a former varsity athlete who has dedicated her life to helping active individuals maintain an active lifestyle through the assessment and management of their injuries.  Amanda has travelled extensively as the head athletic therapist for Field hockey Canada as well as being part of the core medical team for a variety of games such as Pan Am, Canada Games, Invictus games and Indiginous games to name but a few.
