Julie Martin is a Confidence and Presentation coach who inspires and educates. Much of her relaxed and upbeat style can be traced to her 12 years as a director, teacher, and performer of improvisational comedy acting. Julie has been defined as a master group facilitator, an inspirational mentor, and a seasoned and understanding coach.

Ms. Martin uses experimental exercises borrowed from her improvisational laboratory for a breakthrough experience in expression and the art form of you. With 30 years front of the room experience, she has a genius for helping you bring your unique soul quality into all types of communication including video, speaking, interviews, educational programs, and presentations. She encourages her clients to trust themselves, to innovate, to teach, to be thought leaders, and expand into their own personal and creative expression.

Through the art of comedy improvisation, Julie has learned to trust herself, trust her own unlimited creative potential, and believes comedy improv is the best communication training on the planet. Getting the ADHD Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult, Ready for School!

Erica brings to the show a wealth of knowledge about transitioning your child/adolescent/young adult back to school after enjoying their summer! We will be discussing how to physically and emotionally prepare them for the return, and what they will need from a parent and teacher prespective. How anxiety can impact their return, such as transitioning from elementary to middle school, worrying about bullying, making friends, academics, and organization. Matching your child with teachers! How to approach the school with your concerns about the teacher your child will have, and how to facilitate the change. Communication with teachers, and the importance of establishing this at the very beginning of the school year! How to encourage your college student to utilize their acomodations, and helping them ask for help! We will also have a short conversation about IEP Goals, and 504 plans!

Debbie, the Mom, and Lilly, will be discussing their lives with ADHD, and how they were both able to overcome, and succeed. Lilly, is a college student, she will be discussing her struggles and successes in life and school, from her younger years to now! Lilly is also an accomplished singer, song writer, and will discuss how her creativity, helped her with the negative symptoms related to ADHD. Debbie, will be talking about her own struggles with ADHD. Debbie, will give us all some tips on how she parented Lilly, highlighting her total acceptance of Lilly for who she is, not what she does! Don't miss this show! Transcending the Effects of ADHD in a Relationship

Mary, does not have ADHD, but is able to seperate the symptoms from the person, David! Mary, (Jacques), her given name, is an established motivational speaker, author, training specialist, and a dynamic woman of purpose! Her book, Life Happens, she shares words of wisdom, and encouragement, that provide hope for those times when you experience unpredictable life events. She is a wife of 23 years, and mother to Micala, who is 14 years old. David, is the Pastor of Transforming Lives Community Church, in Los Angeles. David is also the founder of "1 Soul at a Time" Ministries and Operation Re-Launch, a ministry specializing in the empowrment of individuals and organizations, in the full realization of their designed mission for service.
