Anxiety is something we all experience in our lives, some of us live with anxiety every day in our lives.  In this episode I wanted to discuss what and how it can be and what is the route out of it, for me it was Mindfulness and how that gave me to tools to change and feel in control of my life and how I wanted to live it.
