We explore the taboo, the changes, the blame, shame, guilt and societal issue relating to mental health and the paradigm that if we talk about we are doing a good job about mental health and we aren't. The ones that struggle the most don't talk about it.
Real, supportive, direct, challenging the norm and most of all creating space to talk about suicide and what a difference we can make as the power of one.
