My experience in the past few weeks suggests we should avoid going out to eat. While I would like to support the restaurant business I find an extreme lax in any protocol with workers creating increased risk for patrons. Guidelines for workers should be posted for all the consumers to see and appropriate protection must be mandated. My experience follows and it should be a warning to all of us. Where are the guidelines?

A brief walk today got me worried about COVID

Today I saw a lot of elderly patients at the local supermarket as well as one man who decided to only cover his mouth with with his mask. What about his nose? I then walked to a pizza shop where a man took a slice of pizza with a gloved hand and placed in into the oven. He would have take the slice out with his hand if I didn't instruct him to use a spatula. He did touch the plate. The never took off the gloves for the 10 minutes I waited and served others during that time. Irresponsible people will help spread the virus and be responsible for harming more people.
