3/22 AFTER Surviving
We discuss how were keeping busy with the Corona. Maddie gives her homemade vanilla ice cream receipt. We talk nausea and eye issues post brain surgery. Tawnie explains how much essential oils have helps with my nausea feel free to reach out to me if your interested. Message us any questions, topics, if you want to interview Follow up & connect on: *Instagram: Maddistrokeofluck and TawnieTheMermaid *TikTok: moneyinniebanck & TawnieTheMermaid * Email: [email protected] Ice cream: Ingredients: 2 vanilla pods, 21 oz whole milk, 7 oz heavy whipping cream, 6 oz sugar, 6 egg yokes, 1 pinch of salt1. Split vanilla pods and scrape out the seeds. Place vanilla seeds and pods into. Mixing bowl. Add milk, whipping cream, sugar, egg yolks and salt and cook for 8 mins/195 degrees F/speed 2. Remove vanilla pods. 2.Pour mixture up to 1 1/2 in high into shallow freezable containers and cover with cling wrap. Allow mixture to cool completely before freezing for at least 10 hrs.3. Place frozen mixture in refrigerator for 15min, then cut into pieces (1 1/2 in x 1 1/2 in) with a sharp knife. Place half the pieces into mixing bowl and crush for 20sec/speed6. Then mix with the aid of a spatula 10 sec/speed4. Transfer ice cream into a bowl.4. PLace remaining frozen cream pieces into mixing bowl and crush 20 sec/speed6, then mix with the aid of a spatula 10 sec/speed4. Transfer to bowl with ice cream and serve immediately.
