We are so excited and grateful to share our conversation with the amazing Léa Peterson. 

Léa is a life enthusiast who loves love and is sweat obsessed. She is a registered nurse, Barre Belle Toronto’s Master Trainer and Assistant Manager, and most recently, the founder of Shmood - a wellness movement and creative digital platform dedicated to long lasting health and wellbeing. Exhausted by the notion that health can only be achieved through radical change, Shmood is Léa’s way of sharing good vibes, love, great smelling things (hint hint) and movement for any mood. Through Shmood, Léa will soon be launching her Eléavated line of wellness investments, to help you help yourself. Her goal? She wants you to find your own version of well being, whatever that might look like for you, and eternally bask in glory of it.

Monica Gold is a FIERY, energetic Canadian dancer, choreographer, content creator and the Founder of Find Your Fierce (FYF).
