Perspectives in Trauma

In this episode, I discuss the perceptions of the words "Victimization," "Victim," and "Survivor."   I discuss the truths that each of us live our lives in, and how it may impact our ability to become empowered to take back control; that may have been perceived as "Taken" by others.  We discuss "Masculine and Feminine" energies, and roles they play in Trauma, and the identities of "Victim," and "Survivor."

Breaking Through Trauma

In this episode, I discuss a Breakthrough and the journey of exploring how we process information, for our own life's story.  We discuss the mind's ability to process information (rates of input data being processed) and how it applied to my own recent "Breakthrough" with one of my many traumatic events and the impact it offered my Life's Story and internal dialog regarding that trauma.
