How to find your purpose with Ashley Stahl

40m · Unlocking Your Mind · 17 Feb 17:45

This week, I spoke to former US national security expert for the Pentagon Ashley Stahl. During Ashley's time working in counter terrorism for the United States Department of Defence, she was only in her only twenties. We spoke about the lessons and experiences she gained, as well as how this time in her life helped shape her and allowed her to realise what she really wanted in life. Ashley is now a Career Coach, Author, Podcast Host and Speaker. Her Ted X speech on 'figuring out what you want' has been viewed over 6.1 million times. Ashley now helps people find their purpose and become their most authentic selves to pursue what they enjoy doing and not stay in a place or situation where they're unhappy. During the conversation we spoke about the following themes: Overcoming imposter syndrome. What self-sabotage really is. How to use doubt. What to do with grief. How to find your purpose. Taking time for yourself. Here is a link to Ashley's website: https://www.ashleystahl.com/  Please feel free to share and subscribe.
