Who Are You?

What if you're asked: "Who are you?" The automatic response is to give your name or your job title. Your name isn't you; your job title isn’t you. This is a label given to you by others and with which you identify. People can, and do, change their names, and job titles. But they remain the same person.

Release Control of The Outcome

To experience the greatest sense of calm, and peace of mind, over one’s destiny, there is a shift needed in their thinking. The shift is toward a mindset that focuses on self-efficacy rather than on controlling external factors. This shift requires us to let go of controlling outcomes. The focus instead is on our inner world of mindset and outlook.

What Do You Really Want?

Living your life without truly knowing what you want is like: driving to a brand-new place without the address. You can keep driving until you see things that let you know you have arrived, or you can be clear from the very beginning by having the correct address. In life having the correct address means, you’ve set clear intentions on what you want and expect.

Run Your Own Race

Sometimes in life, we get distracted and off course because we are focusing on other people. When you take the focus off yourself and your own race you will slow down. We will discuss what happens when you focus on others rather than focusing on yourself during this episode.
