Welcome to The Spotlight Podcast!
Mental health. Racial discrimination. Body image. Competition. Dancers deal with so much every day, and often in silence. It’s time that we start talking about these issues in the dance world in an open and supportive setting. On the first day of every month, a different dancer will be under the “spotlight” to share their unique stories and thoughts. Together, we can reform the dance community to be one full of acceptance, understanding, and equality. Hosted by Samantha Parr, the founder of Dancer for Dancer.
