The book also has exercises to help the reader better understand themselves in order for healing to take place healing. The feedback that I am receiving is that the book is allowing people to look at their deep hidden truths and unmask them in order to heal as I have also demonstrated with my own story. Jaime is a Certified Neuro-Transformational Results Coach who helps free women from the emotional turmoil of past relationships or loss. Instead of feeling trapped and helpless, they move beyond their pain to create new energy, love for themselves, and a new life trajectory. What she found is that her clients are ready to free themselves from the pain, and even though they try things like therapy or motivation, they continue to stay stuck simply because they do not have the complete tools and resources. She found one critical piece in order to have the breakthroughs they’re seeking to experience what it feels like to reach their fullest potential.
