Jakk used this traumatic energy and channeled it into the gym, originally starting with 90 consecutive days. He has now racked up over 1200 consecutive days at the gym. We talk through his difficult past, how he was able to motivate himself in the early days, and how he goes about building on habits in other aspects of his life.
