See below for Cass' top tips for beating the New Year funk
Let’s not run before we can walk. We have to build some foundations and knowledge. Knowledge & help are key.
The BEST way to have a sustainable training journey is to understand and gain knowledge about the why’s and the how’s.
You can easily look up a training plan and some diet advice, but do we know how to implement that??
We need to invest in implementing the right methods to build sustainable and achievable goals. Investments can be asking for help from someone that knows or doing your own research. Keep learning!
Step by step. Brick by brick. Longevity is key.
If you can’t imagine you doing this New Year thing every single day or week for the rest of the year, why is it important in January????

How To Adventure & Change Your Life - With Belinda Kirk
Belinda has spent 26 years leading groups into the wilderness all over the world. These include numerous personal challenges, youth development expeditions, biological research missions and remote filming trips for the BBC.
Today she is a motivational speaker, campaigner and author exploring the link between adventure and wellbeing #AdventureRevolution
She is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the British Exploring Society. An Ambassador for the Youth Adventure Trust, Veterans in Action and Ordnance Survey. And has raised nearly £100,000 for environmental, childrens and ex-Services charities.
In 2009, Belinda established Explorers Connect as a not-for-profit organisation with the mission to help people live more adventurously.
Set up originally as a way for explorers and adventurers to recruit new teammates for expeditions, people quickly let Belinda know that they would like to go on adventures with her, so she started setting up adventures herself. Now, every adventure we run has been carefully crafted to reflect Belinda's original vision, standards, and ethos.

Episode 9 - Zee
I so was privileged to discover this wonderful lady by chance!
Zee is a Dutch full-time artist based in Cornwall who creates glass-like layered abstract artworks with resin. Her work is an ode to her muse, mother nature. She merges an abstract aerial perspective with a vision of the ocean from below the surface. With her own techniques, Zee invites the observer to come closer, to discover the details and effects that can only be seen from certain angles.
You can follow Zee on instagram and discover her beautiful artwork @underthezee or through her website www.underthezee.com
Episode 8 - Anthea Mitchell
Anthea has been hairdressing for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience in the industry. Ten years ago, she felt she could no longer ignore God’s call and began to explore the possibility of ordination in the Church of England (having been raised in the Greek Orthodox Church). This summer, she was ordained deacon and hopes next year to be ordained as a priest. She continues to work full-time as a hairdresser and is one of a very rare breed, a Minister in Secular Employment, which sees her combining her sacred and secular careers in one seamless ministry.
