The religious way of thinking is not the true relationship with Christ. There may have been teachings and a way of living from your past or upbringing, that may have Christ in it, but He is not in it at all. The Pharisees thought they knew it all, the practices, the scrolls the way of living, etc. Today the new age Pharisees are operating in that same spirit without even realizing it.
