Jian Giannini

33m · Freeman Art Company · 14 Feb 20:02

Jian is an LA-based painter and muralist. Through a professional career working with production studios and big brands, Jian has created a style of his own. For the past year he has focused on growing his personal brand as an artist and has been growing in popularity since then.

"A history in movement inspires my work. Dance, martial arts, and acrobatics have shown me the multitude of intentional and unintentional positions the body can take on. Through my work, I explore the ambiguity of gesture, inviting the viewer to interrogate how they inherently read and ascribe meaning to the physical body."

0H10 M1ke (Ohio Mike)

0H10M1ke (pronounced Ohio Mike) is an NYC-based artist from, you guessed it, Ohio, specializing in one-line portraits but also known for his contemporary paintings and stickers. Growing up, Mike was the kid in class always drawing, and as he grew older, it transformed into graffiti. When he got to NYC, performance art stuck out to him, eventually being asked to draw live while a band was playing, as the art was being projected onto the band itself. Ultimately, Mike combined all these experiences into what he is gaining attention for: one-line portraits. It is art, it is performance, and a lot of Mike.
